The theortical framework presented will be useful in helping teachers "think" about technology integration in a way that isn't overwhelming. It allows teachers to consider their "purpose" first; is it a content issue?, a pedagogical issue?, etc. as they plan learning activities for students.
Identify Pedagogical Issue with Lesson/Unit
Based on this morning's introduction, examine a lesson/unit that you've taught. Identify the reasons that you feel it would benefit from revision in the areas of technology integration, digital equity, effective learning environments (including TPACK), etc.

Getting teachers to share their learning via responding to posted generative questions following instructional input in a way that allows them to view each person's posting and respond, debate, etc.
Develop shared understandings and foster collaboration.
Example: Engage students visually while accessing prior knowledge using a slide show made from copyright friendly images or a video from TeacherTube .
Create a space for teachers to share their successes and questions as they plan lessons and units that are focused on increasing student engagement.

As a teacher and a learner, it is important to create a statement that explains why you are making this change to your teaching/learning approach. We have created a tool to facilitate this process. If you prefer to write your rational as a statement in paragraph or bulleted list format, feel free.
